Two rhino poachers bbed

GAON (HAIBORGAON), October 24: In a combined search operation, the forest officials of Kaziranga tiol Park and STF personnel along with Rongbong Way police station of Karbi-Anglong district, apprehended two wanted rhino poachers from Rangararha area under Rongbong Way police station on Monday and also seized a 303 rifle and three live bullets from their possession. According to the sources, the bbed rhino poachers have been identified as Men Sing Singner and Kharsing Bey of Rangagarha village of Karbi-Anglong district. The sources added further that both poachers were involved in various rhino poaching cases in Kaziranga tiol Park over the years and they were even involved in two rhino poaching cases in 2015 in which both poachers sold the horns in Dimapur through poacher Hem Sing Kramsa and earned Rs 70 lakh and Rs 42 lakh respectively.
