Two robbers bbed

Joysagar, July 12: Two notorious robbers were bbed by Joysagar Police on Tuesday night from Dhaiali area of Sivasagar town. The robbers were hiding in Dhaiali area under Sivasagar PS and were accused in a robbery case which took place on June 19 this year. The house of Bidyut Baruah, a resident of Bhatiapar area under Joysagar PS, was robbed that night and the robbers reportedly looted lakhs of rupees and other valuables from Baruah’s house. Police were in search of the gang of robbers and at last on Tuesday night two robbers of the gang were bbed. The bbed robbers were identified as Alimuddin (32) and other Jainoor (26). Both the robbers hail from gaon district. Joysagar Police have arrested both of them in case no- 419/17 u/s 447/392 IPC and they are being interrogated by top police officials in order to trace the other members of gang.
