Two school teachers suspended

HAILAKANDI, Dec 2: Head Teacher In-charge of Haji Abdul Jalil Memorial LP School under Block Elementary Education, Katlicherra, Ferdaus Ara Barbhuiya has been placed under suspension for misappropriation of Mid Day Meal funds. Deputy Commissioner, Hailakandi, Moloy Bora passed the order to this effect today, informed District Elementary Education Officer, FR Laskar. Laskar further informed that in her place, the services of Assistant Teacher of Mullapur LP School, Abdul Kalam Barbhuiya has been temporarily attached until further orders. Meanwhile, Deputy Commissioner Bora has directed the Block Elementary Education Officer, Katlicherra to draw departmental proceedings against the suspended teacher.
