Two smugglers in BSF net

GUWAHATI, March 17: Troops of Guwahati frontier of the Border Security Forces (BSF) today apprehended two smugglers in Dhubri with various contraband items and money of Rs. 1,16,000 while they were trying to take these contraband across the intertiol border to Bangladesh. The smugglers have been identified as Saidul Haque (28) son of Majibar Mian and Sayar Ali (25) son of Baizar Ali of Jharidharla under Dinhata police station in Cooch Behar district of West Bengal. 460 bottles of phensedyl, six kilograms of ganja, Rs. 1,16,000, two mobile phones and few identity cards were found on them. During questionings, the two smugglers revealed that they have been working as phensidyl and ganja smugglers for last three years and operated in area from Srilanka to Daribas in Coochbehar in West Bengal.
