Two trucks seized

Tezpur, Nov 19: Dhekiajuli Police on Saturday were able to seize two trucks carrying chips illegally from the forest region. Sources said that the two fully loaded trucks bearing numbers AS-12 B-3666 and AS-09-C-9346 were carrying chips from Udalguri through NH-15 at Dhekiajuli. The Dhekiajuli Police intercepted the trucks and following scrutiny of the challans, found that they were fake. Later, the chip-laden trucks were handed over to the Forest Department.
