Two ultra arrested

SHILLONG, Nov 27: Two UALA cadres were arrested by police after an encounter today evening. According to police, today at around 5pm there was an encounter with five suspected UALA cadres and SWAT personnel at Samanda, East Garo Hills district. Three cadres maged to escape but two cadres Chirika Marak alias Gominda and Walban Marak were arrested. Only three mobiles were recovered from their possession.
