Two youths go missing

DHUBRI, Nov 7: A minor and a 35-year youth who went missing from lower Assam districts in October this year still remain traceless. The minor, Dipiya Shah, aged around 10 and a resident of Dolaigaon area under Bongaigaon police station, went missing while going to nearby Jatiya Bidyalaya at around 8.30 am on October 13.  “A missing diary was lodged with Bongaigaon police station on the following day, but till today she has not been traced. We are extremely worried about her well-being,” said uncle of the girl,   On the other hand, Nitul Hazarika aged around 35 years and a resident of Shantipur village under Jamuguri police station of Sonitpur district went missing while travelling in the Rajyarani Express from Jakhlabandha of gaon district to Golokganj of Dhubri district on the night of October 28. These two cases seems to be not of abduction for ransom as both the family members have denied receiving any ransom calls, police sources in Bongaigaon and Dhubri said, claiming that their investigations were going on the right track.
