Udalguri district committee organization formed

TANGLA, August 6: In an effort to unite the Oriya community and thereby preserve their cultural and traditiol identity along with keeping intact their political economic and social rights, the Udalguri district committee of Nikhil Assam Utkal Xuva Parishad was formed at a meeting held at Panery TE premises recently.  The programme was presided over by Lakhidar Tanti. Sakes Mahanda, central vice-president, Dr. Kamal Jal physician and BK Raut, social worker attended the programme as distinguished persons. The programme was attended by nearly 200 people. A 31 member Udalguri district committee was formed headed by Bijay yak as president and Deep Tanti as secretary.
