They defeated Shahir Farhaz of Assam (Ind) and Jeet Dutta also of Assam (Ind) with a scoreline of 6-3, 6-3. In the girls section fil Sanja Sirimalla of Telanga (Ind) pairing with Rutuja Chaphalkar of USA had a comfortable win over Veda Madhusuda of USA and Kanishka Shree of Kartaka (Ind) 6-0, 6-0.
