Uproar on Social Media after ONGC CBT Question Paper allegedly got leaked in Whatsapp!

Guwahati: After reports of irregularities in the recruitment examination of the Panchayat and Rural Development (P&RD) Department, the Assam Power Distribution Company Limited (APDCL) in the state, reports have surfaced in the social media that question paper ONGC Computer Based Test (CBT) for Non-Executive posts of Assam State was leaked through ‘WhatsApp’ while the examination was underway on June 18, 2019.

It is to be noted that some candidates have claimed on the social media that they came across the complete question paper in some Whatsapp groups.

A number of Facebook users also questioned “How a candidate can use mobile phones inside the examination centres while the examination was underway?”

It may also be mentioned that Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC) had recently released the admit card for Computer Based Test for Non-Executive posts of Assam State. Candidates applying for the post were asked to download their Admit Cards from the ONGC official website.

As per social media reports, ONGC CBT 2019 exam consisted of Multiple choice question from General Mental Ability & Aptitude and from the concerned domain. The duration of the examination was for 2 hours. There was NO negative marking in CBT.
