SHILLONG, May 5: The 2nd phase of the ongoing universal vaccine immunization programme against seven preventable diseases was launched today at Circuit House, Tura.  It may be mentioned that the Mission Indradhanush representing the seven colors of rainbow, aims at immunizing all children against seven preventable diseases.
