Varsity students enthrall audience

SHILLONG, Jun 24: Shillong reverberated with rhythms and beats of melodious sounds when the students and faculty of the Department of Fine Arts of Martin Luther Christian University here took to the stage this evening. The main objective of this performance was to provide a platform for the students from both post graduate and graduate courses to showcase their skills and technicalities that they have learnt throughout the semesters. “This musical performance is a part of their curriculum which gives them confidence. They can showcase their creativity and origility in music,” said W Kharlukhi, HoD of the department.  The students performed different songs which included Indian, Western and Traditiol Music from across the NE.
