Video footage shows Tunisia museum attackers

London, March 22: The Tunisian government has released a video footage showing gunmen walking through the Bardo museum during the attack that killed 25 people on Wednesday, media reported on Sunday. The security camera footage, released by the Tunisian interior ministry, shows the men carrying rifles and bags as they walk through the museum located in the capital city of Tunis, BBC reported.

Two armed terrorists attacked the Bardo museum on Wednesday. Seventeen tourists were killed, including visitors from Japan, Italy, Colombia, Australia, France, Poland and Spain, officials said, adding two Tunisians, one of them a police officer, were also killed. Security forces killed two gunmen who were believed to have been trained by the Islamic State (IS) militants in Libya. IS hasowned the responsibiliy for the attack on the museum, which is next to the country’s parliament. (IANS)
