Village panchayat workers stage protest

TINSUKIA, Feb 20: The Tinsukia District Gaon Panchayat Level Co-operative Society CO-Ordition committee staged demonstration on Friday in front of Deputy Commissioner’s office here protesting no-disbursed of carrying charge. The Tinsukia District GPSS Co- Ordition committee alleged that government has not disbursed legal payment to the 22 co-operative societies since 2009. They demanded release of the fund immediately.
