A walk-in-interview will be held at 11.00 a.m. on 31st July 2018 (Tuesday) in the Department of Physics, Tezpur
University for a temporary position of one (01) Senior Research Fellow (SRF) in the CSIR sponsored research project
entitled “Evaluation of rheological and visible emission responses of nano-WS2/C-dot as additives” under Dr.
Dambarudhar Mohanta, Associate Professor, Department of Physics, Tezpur University.

Educational Qualifications: Consistently good academic career with a first class Masters’ degree in Physics with
specialization in Condensed Matter Physics/Materials Science/Nanotechnology from a
recognized University. Two years of post-MSc research/teaching experience as evident from
published papers in standard refereed journals.
Fellowship: Rs. 14,000/- (Rupees fourteen thousand only) per month + HRA as admissible (in case of
accommodation not provided by the university).
Age: Candidate shall not be more than 32 years of age on the date of interview. Upper age limit
may be relaxed as per Government of India rules.
Duration: Three (03) years or till completion of the project or until further order, whichever is earlier.
