West Bengal shamed: 100-Year-Old Woman raped

Kolkata: A 100-year-elderly lady was mercilessly raped allegedly by a 20-year-old youth amidst the night in West Bengal's Nadia region, the police sources said.

"The incident occurred on Monday night. Argha Biswas assumed name Abhijit was held by the relatives of the elderly person. A dissension was recorded on Tuesday," an officer of the Chakdah police headquarters said.

The accused hails from the Gangaprasadpur region has been captured and exhibited under the steady gaze of the court.

The procedures are going on and the victim has been discharged from the hospital after the required therapeutic tests.
