Woman commits suicide at Borjan

Golaghat, February 14:  Sensations prevailed at Borjan under Kamarbandha Police Station in Golaghat over the alleged suicide of a woman.
According to sources, a woman med Pi Karmaker , wife of a non-permanent labourer of Borjan Tea Estate, tried to commit suicide by hanging herself in her house. Later her husband Jacky Karmaker took her to the garden hospital but she was declared brought dead. Local people suspect that Pi Karmaker committed suicide due to poverty. The couple has two children.
