NAGAON, April 27: Sensation prevailed in Nagaon Uriagaon on Thursday morning after a married woman was allegedly killed with a sharp weapon by a local youth. According to sources, a married woman of Nagaon Uriagaon on Wednesday night was attacked with a sharp weapon by a local youth and as a consequence, the woman sustained severe injuries. The family of injured woman immediately sent her to GMCH. But in GMCH the doctor declared her dead.  The deceased woman has been identified as Ritumoni Saikia (25). On the other hand, the youth who allegedly attacked her, Pramud Bonia, soon after the incident rushed to the local Itachali TOP and surrendered before the police.
