Women cops felicitated on Intertiol Women's Day

SHILLONG, March 8: As a part of Intertiol Women’s Day, 201  a function was organized at Sadar PS by East Khasi Hills District Police in collaboration with CID to focus on the contribution of women police officers who were involved in investigation of cases relating to ‘Crime Against Women & Children’.
Women police officers were given a Certificate of Appreciation and a gift for carrying out investigation into proper conclusion.
The officers who were given felicitated were WP-Inspector Victoria Tariang, WPSI Shidalinsha Kharsati, WPSI Pharlinda Wahlang, WPSI Larisha Kharja and WPSI Celi M. Sangma.
