Workshop held on production of earthworm manure

DULIAJAN, January 25: A three–day workshop on production of earthworm manures was held recently in the premises of Bhabesh Bhuyan, Mohmari and organized under the aegis of Mohmari Organic. Bhabesh Bhuyan of Mohmari area had set up an earthworm manure production centre in 2009.  The workshop was iugurated by Rajanikanta Dutta, Padadhikar of Srimanta Sankardev Sangha and 25 youths participated as trainees in the workshop. The training was provided by Bangshidhar Kalita, Assistant Director of Agriculture Department, Project Coorditor Dr Ashis Kumar Pegu and Bhabesh Bhuyan.
