Workshop on Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed)

GOLAGHAT, July 13: A twelve-day long workshop on D.El Ed concluded on Thursday. It was held at Kamatbandha Higher Secondary School as part of various teachers training activities as adopted by NIOS under the Union government of India to train the untrained teachers at Elementary level. 187 teachers from various schools of Golaghat took part in the workshop. District Coordinator of the D.El.Ed programme Mukul Phukan graced the occasion and spoke on teaching & training. In the ceremony, principal of Kamarbandha Lokendranath Bora, Principal Doyang Bidur Kumar Barua, Assistant Coordinator Satyajit Saikia and Lecturer of Reliance College Jr Hemanta Bora were present as distinguished guests.
