YOMA demands white paper on state finces

Itagar, April 9: The Youth Organization Movement of Aruchal Pradesh (YOMA) has demanded a white paper from the state government on the stae’s current fincial position.

Terming the clarification of Govt spokesperson on fincial position, the YOMA alleged that the serious fincial emergency situation occurred after the present CM took over the charge of fince and planning.

Citing the press statement of former minister Kalikho Pul, the organization also questioned where 292.32 crore relief fund has gone.

Pul during a press conference here recently alleged that the state government had received an amount of Rs. 519.13 crore from the Centre under tiol Disaster Response Fund (NDRF) and State Disaster Response Fund (SDRF) from 2011-12 to 2014-2015, out of which an amount of Rs 292.32 crore was siphoned off.

The organization further demanded imposition of President Rule under the provision of fincial emergency and investigation into the serious fincial mismagement by the CBI.
