Youth held with drugs

SHILLONG, Aug 20: Police arrested two youths for possessing substance suspected to be heroin. According to police, the two persons - Shiva Thapa (21), a driver of local taxi (ML-05F-2209) and Arun Shadap (34) were held on Friday while they were traveling in the taxi at Madanrting, Block-F locality of Shillong and seized 0.19 gms of heroin from their possession.
