Youth Organisation of asks for early completion of PMGSY road

ITANAGAR: Tungmar, Gimba & Guchi Youth Organization (TGGYO) in a letter to the Commissioner of Rural Works Department (RWD), Itanagar appraised that, Tali & Pip Sorang CD block, despite being oldest circle under the Kra-Daadi district, lacks the basic amenities on Thursday.

The organization said that circle being established in the year 1987; it is cut off from rest of the district due to non availability of road connectivity, electricity, water supply and other basic requirements. Due to which villagers are compelled to shift to the capital to balance the requirements.

It also mentioned that a meeting was held earlier regarding the PMGSY road construction from Lower Subansiri to Tali headquarters. “The road is the only lifeline for the people of the villagers who can bring development and fulfill the basic requirement of the village,” the organization added.

Thus the organization in letter prayed the executing department to take necessary remedial for the early completion of the road. It also added that the organization will be providing vigilance to the work till its completion.
