Youth turning away from morality and discipline: Sonowal

Jorhat, March 1: “Modern youth is turning away from morality and discipline. Earlier youths used to take guidance from spiritual organizations like Asom Satra Mahasabha which kept them morally and spiritually stable. This helped them become a useful part of society,” said Lakhimpur MP and Union Minister for Sports and Youth Affairs Sarbanda Sonowal while iugurating the foundation day celebration of Asom Satra Mahasabha.

The event was presided over by the president of Asom Satra Mahasabha, Lila Mahanta. Jorhat MP Kamakhya Prasad Tassa was also present.
