All Arunachal Pradesh Hawkers & Street Vendors Federation (AAPHSVF) denies land allotment violation for vehicles

ITANAGAR: Clarifying allegation framed by All Arunachal Motor Transport Federation (AAMTF) the All Arunachal Pradesh Hawkers & Street Vendors Federation (AAPHSVF) general secretary Roger Nabam addressing the reporters at press club on Tuesday said that, the federation has not made any violation in the matter of land allotted for private bus and trekker stand.
Rather he stated that, Motor Transport Federation is violating the rules by parking more than three vehicles at the parking place allotted at a time. “The District Administration (DA) has allotted the bus station as parking place for the motors and accordingly it was told to park only three vehicles at a time in the open parking place. Due to which there is no place of parking and lots of problems are being faced by them, Roger added.”
He informed that the AAMTF was very recently formed and was not in existence earlier. There was a meeting in the office of Deputy Commissioner (DC) where it was clearly stated that vending zone was temporarily shifted. The motor federation has earlier on August 30 has resented violation of land allotment of private buses and trekker stand by handing them over to the vendors at Ganga Market.
Roger also in the meantime cleared that the allegation on constructing permanent structure in the place allotted for the street vendors and hawkers is false. All the present location and area provided by the DA is temporary which has been many times earlier notified.
