ITANAGAR: Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu inaugurated several significant development projects in Mukto today, aimed at enhancing connectivity, education, and infrastructure in the region.

The Chief Minister inaugurated the upgraded Lhou-Mukto Road, which has been expanded to a double-lane specification over a stretch of 12.50 kilometers. In addition to the road project, CM Khandu also inaugurated the Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya at Mukto.

The Chief Minister laid the foundation for several other projects, including a road connecting Old Mirba to Fongda village and a Mini Stadium at Serjong, Mukto, aimed at promoting sports and physical activities among the youth.

Furthermore, a PWD Sub-Division Office was announced for Mukto, which will improve local administration and service delivery. CM Khandu also highlighted the upcoming Archery Ground at Mukto, which will offer facilities for local archery enthusiasts.

As part of the educational development, the foundation was laid for a 20-bedded hostel with kitchen and dining facilities at Government Upper Primary Schools in Khet and Gongkhar. Additionally, four staff quarters will be built for teachers and staff at these schools.

On Sunday, Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu inaugurated the newly constructed Arunachal Sadan in Dwarka, New Delhi. The modern facility features 41 deluxe rooms, a conference hall, medical room, and dining facilities, ensuring comfort and security for students, patients, and officials. Its strategic location enhances accessibility for Arunachali residents.
