Arunachal Pradesh Charitable Task (APCT) to organize Rutum Kamgo Memorial Lecture

ITANAGAR: To commemorate illustrious social activist Late Rutum Kamgo, the Arunachal Pradesh Charitable Task (APCT) will be organizing Rutum Kamgo Memorial Lecture at Dorjee Khandu Convention Centre on Sunday.

Late Rutum Kamgo was a social leader who spent more than two decades championing the need to retain and nurture traditional culture till his demise on November 5, 2011, in a road incident.

APCT chairman Katung Waghe while addressing the reporters at press club on Friday informed that Defense Minister of India, Nirmala Sitharaman will be gracing the occasion as chief guest and will be speaking on the need and importance of forging an alliance between India and China to establish a new world order.
