Arunachal Pradesh Mahila Congress Committee (APMCC) organizes rally at Sagalee

ITANAGAR: Under the leadership of Arunachal Pradesh Mahila Congress Committee (APMCC) president Nabam Yakum, a rally was organized at 15th Sagalee Constituency on Friday .
Mahila Congress workers in one voice sought for ‘clean election’ which means free from money culture, politics based on religion and community. Nabam Yakum while thanking the crowd for their tireless support to congress party, she urged people of the Constituency to be committed to Congress Party. Further she lauded that, it is only Congress Party which gives opportunity to all grow equally.
While encouraging women of the constituency General Secretary AIMCC Jarjum Ete claimed that without women the nation may progress but development with its full potential is where women leadership is encouraged. She stressed those young women to take part in Project Shakti of Mahila Congress.
Former CM of State and Incumbent representative of 15th Sagalee Constituency Nabam Tuki while praising Indian National Congress (INC) for bringing 33% reservation for women in Panchayat, he demanded that the reservation must be extended to parliament as well.
