Itanagar:
Arunachal Pradesh recorded seven more COVID-19 cases in the
past 24 hours, pushing the State's tally to 16,764. Meanwhile, nine more people
were cured from the disease on Friday, taking the total number of recoveries in
the State to 16,631, said State
Surveillance Officer (SSO) Dr Lobsang Jampa on Saturday.
The COVID-19 recovery rate is 99.20 per cent. The State has 77 active Coronavirus cases, while 56 people have succumbed to the infection so far. The fatality ratio is 0.33 per cent.
Among the fresh cases, two each were detected from the Capital Complex Region, Pakke Kessang and Lepa Rada while one case was reported from East Siang district. Barring two, all the cases were asymptomatic and were detected through Rapid Antigen Tests.
