Arunachal Tourism Minister Jarkar Gamlin says beware of fake institutions

ITANAGAR: Minister for Tax & Excise, Tourism and Art and Culture Jarkar Gamlin attended the 4th Foundation Day of North East Frontier Technical University (NEFTU) observed at Gumin Kiin on Friday. Addressing the gathering, Gamlin said that opening of university at doorsteps of the students who want to pursue further studies in different disciplines is a boon and urged students to take every benefit out of it.

Our students go outside the State in their quest for higher learning, incurring huge expenditure. Many times it has been found that those universities are declared fake which put many students in trouble. So one should be aware of every detail of those colleges and universities prior to getting admission. He disclosed that State government has already decided to constitute Staff Selection Board (SSB) to select all officials of the State through the Board and merit alone will be counted in all selections in future. He urged the faculty members coming from different parts of the country to give their best in molding students and bring worthy intellectuals for society.
