Cannabis destroyed in Dambuk

A CORRESPONDENT

ROING: The Department of Tax & Excise along with the Department of Environment & Forest and the district administration carried out a drive to destroy cannabis in the surrounding areas of Bizari village under Dambuk subdivision in the Lower Dibang Valley. The Police team prepared for the operation in advance and led it meticulously, destroying and burning around 5 acres of illegally cultivated plots of cannabis.

Such anti drug drives are undertaken by the District Administration of Lower Dibang Valley in a bid to curb cannabis and ganja production.
