Deputy Chief Minister of Arunachal Pradesh Chowna Mein takes part in Chhat Puja celebration
BORDUMSA: Deputy Chief Minister of Arunachal Pradesh Chowna Mein participated during the Chhat Puja Celebration here this morning at the bank of the river Dirak at Mahadevpur in Namsai District of Arunachal Pradesh. A host of dignataries including IPS Ankit Kumar Singh the superintendent of Police, IAS Tapashree Ragav the Deputy Commissioner Namsai, local Bjp MLA Chow Zingnu Namchoom, Rajiv Kumar the Commandant 186 Bn CRPF and several others of different rank and file graced the ocassion with religious fervor.
Mein who was the chief guest during a brief prasad distribution ceremony extended his warm greetings to the devotees and the people of his home constituency of Lekang jurisdiction as well beside expressing his gratefulness towards the Chhat puja organizing committee as well as the 186 unit of Mahadevpur CRPF for holding the programme in a befitting manner and promoting the religious cause cementing the existing bond in a heterogeneous society.
