District Task Force on Immunization meeting held in Roing

A CORRESPONDENT

ROING: Deputy Commissioner KN Damo on Tuesday held a District Task Force on Immunization (DTFI) meeting to review Routine Immunization and COVID-19 vaccination at the DC's conference hall here.

DC appreciated the district's achievements in Routine Immunization and COVID-19 vaccination and expressed his worry over the rising COVID-19 positive cases. He also emphasized the need to increase COVID- 19 testing at the point of entry and also in all the Health Facilities and to create awareness.

Meanwhile, District Medical Officer (DMO) Dr. R. Tatan asked the Medical Officers (MO) to improve Immunization and ANC activities in health facilities.
