Essay competition winners felicitated in Itanagar

ITANAGAR: The Deputy Commissioner Capital Complex Prince Dhawan on Wednesday felicitated the top 6 winners of the essay competition that was organised on the occasion of children’s day on 14th November as part of the Arunachal Rising Campaign.

The winners were felicitated with a certificate, trophy and cash award of Rs. 3000 each. The students of Higher Secondary Schools of Capital Complex had participated in the competition. The DC congratulated the winners and expressed hope that they would continue their hard work and excel further in state level competition.

Encouraging all the winners and participants he said that participation in co-curricular activities would impart holistic learning in students. He further asked them to maintain the winning spirit and to work hard with sincerity and dedication which would eventually lead them to achieve high in life.
