Estimate Committee’s visit to Sagalee concludes: Arunachal Pradesh

ITANAGAR: The Estimate Committee (EC) of the Sixth Arunachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly headed by Chairman Nabam Tuki, members Paknga Bage and Biyuram Wage wrapped up its day-long visit to Sagalee and its adjoining areas.
The team had visit from September 18 last to review the progress of works being implemented by various departments. The EC members visited Toru and inspected construction of type IV quarters of Medical department which has been executed by RWD. They also scrutinized the implementation of 30 bedded Hospital at Parang, followed by Circle Officer’s office at Lepariang.
The Committee members later attended a meeting convened by the Administration in the Conference Hall of Mini Secretariat at Sagalee.
After threadbare discussion, the Committee decided to drop those items which had been completed and department’s liability does no longer exist. While in some cases, ADC Sagalee has been asked to take appropriate action as per the law and the Action Taken Report (ATR) to be submitted to the Estimate Committee of Legislative Assembly within two months. The EC team was accompanied by official team — Dy secretary Taring Payeng, committee officer Tadar Rhemin and assistant Photographic officer Depe Kena on the day.
