Executive Committee Meeting of State Urban Livelihoods Mission Held in Itanagar

ITANAGAR: The State Urban Livelihoods Mission (ArSULM) conducted its 2nd Executive Committee (EC) cum 1st Project Sanctioning Committee meeting in Conference Hall of UD & Housing Department, Mowb II, Itanagar on Thursday.

Chairing the meeting Mission Director (ArSULM), in his speech welcomed the EC members and requested them for value addition for discussion on BPL and Homeless Survey Parameters, DPR approval for construction of vendor market shed in Khonsa town which will act as a prototype for rest of the towns to follow, general Bye Law formed for SHGs and ALFs.

After deliberate discussion, the house approved the BPL and Urban Homeless Parameter for the conduct of Survey with some modification in Parameter. Construction of Vendors market shed was given approval too. In the meantime the EC members suggested the ArSULM to coordinate with State Rural Livelihoods Mission ArSRLM for smooth and successful implementation of the DAY-NULM in Arunachal Pradesh. The meeting was attended by all EC members along with State Mission Managers and special invitee from Vendors Association.
