Integrated Orientation Training Programme held at Dorjee Khandu State

ITANAGAR: The 3-day integrated orientation training programme for District Urban Development Agency (DUDA) and Urban Local Bodies (ULBs) officials and officers came to a conclusion at Dorjee Khandu State Convention Centre here on Wednesday. The training programme was organized by the Arunachal State Urban Livelihood Mission (ArSULM), Department of Urban Development & Housing in collaboration with Centre for Urban Studies, Indian Institute of Public Administration (IIPA), New Delhi

The programme was sponsored by Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Government of India. The main aim of the programme was highlighted by Dr Kusum Lata, Associate Professor and Coordinator of this programme of IIPA, New Delhi.

State Mission Director, ArSULM, Nixon Lego explained that the programme was designed to provide exposure on Government of India’s Urban Sector Mission with a particular reference to AMRUT, Smart City, SBM and PMAY.
