Jal Shakti Abhiyan Organized Tree Plantation In Roing

ROING: The Education Department of Lower Dibang Valley as part of the Jal Shakti Abhiyan, organized tree plantation and interaction sessions in various schools of Roing. Deputy Commissioner Mitali Namchoom visited the Government Secondary School, Jia for the tree plantation and interactive session there.

Namchoom advised the students to concentrate on their studies for better future prospects and emphasized on developing reading habits to improve their language, reading skills and to gain knowledge outside the textbooks. She also instructed the teachers to focus on teaching and all round development of the students.
