Joint Core Committee (JCC) for technical persons as Secretary

ITANAGAR: Joint Core Committee (JCC), Arunachal Pradesh in a letter to the Chief Secretary of the State Satya Gopal has recommended the senior most Chief Engineers for the post of Secretary in the respective departments. It stated that the JCC on behalf the entire unemployed engineers of the state has accepted the view that secretary of all working departments like PWD, RWD, WRD, PHED etc the senior most engineer and should be made the Secretary. It informed that secretary of RWD, PWD, UD & Housing etc were of non-technical background and Secretary of AR, PHED, UD & Housing departments are governed by persons with non-technical background.
