Keak Youth Club (KYC) Submits Memorandum To RWD Executive Engineer West Siang

KAMBA: The Keak Youth Club (KYC) on Wednesday in a three-point memorandum to RWD Executive Engineer West Siang, drew attention to the long pending work of the PMGSY road project from Keak village to Kesi Tali village, West Siang. In it’s memorandum, the KYC informed that through the relevant documents obtained through the RTI Act, it was learnt that work completion period was November 10, 2018.

The Keak Youth Club alleged that 50 per cent of payment was given to contractors M/s TG Enterprises. However, till date, only 30 per cent of work has been done that to in snails pace despite various norms and guidelines laid down by the State Government related to PMSGY in the State. Further, the KYC urged the EE to direct the assigned authority to start work within 15 days as per the DPR (Detail Project Report) for early completion of the PMGSY road from Keak village to Kesi Tali village.
