Mebo Pastorate Circle Churches Organized Blood Donation Camp At Pasighat

Itanagar: With the theme “This is my command: Love one another as I love you”, a free blood donation camp was organized by Mebo Pastorate Circle Churches of Adi Baptist Union (ABU) at Bakin Pertin General hospital &Training Centre (BPGHTC) Pasighat in East Siang district and Tomo Riba Institute of Health and Medical Science (TRIHMS) at Naharlagun, near here, on Thursday.

Altogether 22 volunteers came forward to donate blood, an official communique informed.

At Bakin Pertin General hospital all together 12 volunteers out of which two were females donated blood while and at TRIHMS, ten volunteers out of which two females’ donors participated.

Meanwhile, ABU Youth President Limin Ori said, “it is very important for everyone to donate blood as it helps in saving peoples live. I am pleased to see that more and more volunteered to donate blood”

Executive Secretary Mikim Perme, MPCC leaders and executive members were also present to witness the programme, the communique added.
