Speaking to the reporters, Bage said that it is very heartening to witness the prevailing corruption in the premier government employee recruitment agency-APPSC. He said his contribution to the committee today is for their legal fight against the prevailing recruitment system in the commission, and corrupted officials, and not against the state government.

Bage said that he can understand the pain of the aspirants who despite undergoing years of preparation for the prestigious examination and lately being denied due to some individual's act of corruption.

He also appealed to the public of the state to contribute to the cause of the aspirants.

"I also appreciate the decision made by the state cabinet to initiate fast-paced departmental inquiry against government officials involved in the APPSC paper leakage issue, to frame rules for implementation of the whistle-blower Act and a grievances cell of APPSC to be overhauled and strengthened, etc," he said.

Moreover, I also appeal to the aspirants to maintain patience for the government to respond to the entire 13-point charters of demand. Trust the state government on the demands as it will take time to make the final decision on the demands, he added.
