No fresh COVID case reported in the past two days in Arunachal Pradesh

ITANAGAR: Arunachal Pradesh did not report any fresh case of COVID-19 in the past two days. The tally remained at 16,842, while the number of recoveries stands at 16,783. The State has three active cases, while 56 people died due to the contagion so far.

The recovery and positivity rates stand at 99.64 per cent and 0.018 per cent respectively, said State Surveillance Officer Dr Lobsang Jampa on Wednesday.

Meanwhile, a total of 61,063 persons have been inoculated in the State so far since the vaccination drive began in January this year, informed State Immunization Officer Dimong Padung.
