Patient from Lower Dibang Valley discharged from COVID Care Centre

ROING: The first patient from Lower Dibang Valley's district was discharged from the COVID Care Centre (CCC), Roing on Tuesday after he was tested negative twice for COVID 19.

The boy has been sent for the 14 days mandatory home quarantine today. He was also handed over the discharge certificate and other protective gear by Deputy Commissioner Mitali Namchoom in the presence of DMO (Incharge) Dr. Ista Pulu.

DMO informed that the patient has been asymptotic and cooperative throughout his stay at the CCC.

Meanwhile, DC advised that the fight against COVID 19 is a constant and prolonged one with everyone one in government machinery working to keep the disease at bay for the safety and security of the public of the district. (IANS)
