Rachal Aran crowned Miss Chalo Loku 2018

Itanagar: The Miss Chalo Loku Pageant 2018 was organized by Golden Jubilee Celebration of Nocte Chalo Loku committee at Nehru Stadium, Khonsa in Tirap district where Rachal Aran (17), daughter of Kaphang Aran of Old Laptang village was crowned Miss Chalo Loku 2018.

Aran also won the Miss Cat Walk and walked away with cash prizes of one lakh and ten thousand respectively. While awarding the prizes to the winners, Tirap DC P N Thungon expressed his happiness for giving an opportunity to grace the event on the eve of 50 glorious years of Nocte Chalo Loku Celebration.

The DC appreciated all the contestants of the event for their performances. He contributed Rs. 25,000 to the committee. The individual prizes were awarded by SP Tirap J K Meena, CO Borduria Lim Modi, President GJNCLC Wanglin Lowangdong, Secretary GJNCLC Tirong Aboh, Cultural Secretary GJNCLC Wiwan Ramra, an official release informed here on Thursday.
