Residents take to repair of road

NAHARLAGUN, July 21: A mass social service was organized under the banner of Swach Bharat Abhiyaan by treasurer of capital BJP unit Tarh Achak in collaboration with Block Level Committee (BLC) headed by Heri Jyoti at Polo Colony here on Saturday. Tarh Achak said that, department has never given attention to the pathetic road condition of the colony since many years. Hence, the colony members have voluntarily come forward for the maintenance of the road. Despite repeated approach to the department of PWD, Naharlagun division there has been no initiative. The road in such condition that not even an autorikshaw can ply on it, he said.
