ROING: Scores of people of Bolung village under Parbuk subdivision availed the services provided by the government departments in the fourth Sarkar Aapke Dwar (SAD) camp conducted on Tuesday. The SAD camp at Bolung saw the registration of 142 patients who were given free health check-up by specialist doctors. 83 blood sugar tests, 4 malaria tests, 44 BMI measurements, 35 eye screenings, 24 blood groupings, 29 human toxin tests were done and 22 fitness certificates for driving licences were issued during the health camp conducted on the day.

The election branch saw 20 electors coming to verify their EPIC details and 10 forms issued. 14 learner’s license forms, 5 vehicle registration forms and 1 driving license renewal form was issued by the transport department. DLSA provided free legal aid counselling to 43 members of the public.

The Veterinary and Animal Husbandry department provided free medicines for treatment of 444 heads of cattle, swine and poultry to 60 owners and issued 5 forms for subsidy schemes.

The Food & Civil Supplies department issued 18 renewed ration cards, 78 renewal forms and linked 18 Aadhar cards to PDF beneficiaries. APEDA sold 100 energy efficient bulbs to 41 beneficiaries on the day.

The Treasury department sold 16 challans, 12 court fee stamps and 7 non judicial stamp papers. The Jan Suvidha branch issued 102 forms, received 32 applications and issued 11 renewed Inner Line Permits.

The Agriculture department issued 80 farmer’s registration forms and 2 income certificates. The PHE & WS department distributed 100 jute bags under SAM.
