ROING: Roing MLA Mutchu Mithi inaugurated a Sarkar Aapke Dwar (SAD) camp conducted at Balek village under Roing circle where government departments created awareness and provided services to the public on State and Central flagship schemes, on Tuesday.

He visited the stalls and handed over benefits to beneficiaries in the presence of Deputy Commissioner Mitali Namchoom and heads of departments.

In the health camp organized on the day, 192 patients registered and were given free health checkup by specialist doctors and free tests were conducted. 125 blood sugar tests, 08 malaria tests, 47 BMI measurements and 21 blood grouping tests were done.

The Jan Suvidha branch of the district administration issued 103 forms, received 26 applications and issued 10 ILPs. The judicial branch executed 10 affidavits and the Veterinary and Animal Husbandry department provided free medicines to 54 owners to treat 540 heads of cattle, swine and poultry.

The Food & Civil Supplies department provided free new LPG connections under UJJAWALA Scheme to 2 beneficiaries. APEDA sold 134 energy efficient bulbs and 4 fans to beneficiaries.
