Tali MLA Jikke Tako Connectivity To Be Boosted Within November

ITANAGAR: Tali MLA Jikke Tako has set a target to complete the road and telecom connectivity works in Tali ADC headquarters by this November.

In this regard, Jikke Tako had a meeting with the HoDs of various departments that includes PHED, PWD, Telecom, and others, under the chairmanship of Tali ADC Bairo Sorum on August 12.

During the meeting, various aspects of development were discussed. The core issues covered were the road and telecommunication connectivity.

Informing the house present that chief minister Pema Khandu will be visiting Tali by road in the month of November, Tako emphasised on setting a target for them to complete the road construction work before it, and also to install telecom connectivity.

He also emphasised on the need to shift the offices of various departments to the Tali ADC headquarters.

Tako, who was on a six-day tour of his constituency after getting elected, also visited various road construction sites, schools and offices.

Later on August 14, he also inaugurated an office building for the Sub-Divisional office.

During his speech at the 73rd Independence Day celebration at Tali, Tako also assured construction of community halls, playground for schools, and daily Tata Sumo services.
